Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 ears fresh corn
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Wash and cut corn off the cob in a large bowl.
Combine corn, sugar, flour, water, salt and pepper; mix well.
Melt butter over medium heat.
Add ingredients in the skillet and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, or until tender.
