Italian Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. ground beef
    4 or 5 pieces bacon or ham
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Fix meat loaf like you always do.
    Spread out flat about 1 inch thick; place pieces of bacon and 1/2 the cheese.
    Roll up and press edges to seal.
    Bake as regular meat loaf.
    Right before it finishes cooking, sprinkle cheese on top and bake until melted.
