Meg'S Roll-Up Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. Romano cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    8 to 10 cooked lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Lightly cook spinach; squeeze out all water.
    Put in big bowl. Add Ricotta cheese, Romano cheese, 2 eggs, basil, parsley, pepper and oil and mix thoroughly.
    Cook lasagna noodles until soft (12 to 15 minutes); drain noodles and cool.
    Spread 3 tablespoons of filler on noodles.
    From short side, start to roll tightly.
    Put in pan that has about 1/2 cup sauce on bottom.
    Do all the roll-ups and cover the tops with the rest of the spaghetti sauce. Cook in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve.
