Vanilla Carob Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1/3 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. unbleached white flour
    3/4 c. carob powder
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. carob drops (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together eggs and butter; then add mashed bananas and milk until creamy.
    Add vanilla, flour, carob powder, baking powder and baking soda.
    Beat well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Spoon evenly into oiled and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
    Cool.
