Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini (raw unpeeled-scrape out center and seeds, use juice)
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Use a large bowl.
Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Slowly add sugar and beat well.
Add oil and vanilla.
Add Zucchini, sift dry ingredients and add nuts and chips.
Bake in three medium or 2 large size bread pans-greased floured for one hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
