Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Blend butter and sugar.
Add egg and blend with milk.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix by hand.
Add raisins.
Mix by hand.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
