Mexican Cheese Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. baking mix (I use Bisquick)
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 egg
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix baking mix, sour cream, egg and chilies.
    Stir in cheese. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
    Serve with taco sauce or salsa as desired.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
