Chocolate Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)
Preparation

In top of double boiler, over boiling water, heat butter and chocolate, stirring until melted and well blended.
Allow to cool slightly.
Blend syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla into beaten eggs. Add chocolate mixture; blend well.
Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until pie is almost but not quite firm when shaken.
