Lumpia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lumpia or eggroll wrappers
    garlic powder to taste
    salt-free Mrs. Dash to taste
    2 finely chopped medium onions
    2 finely chopped bell peppers
    1 can bean sprouts
    2 or 3 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. cooked chicken
    your favorite shredded cheese to taste
    olive or vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Place two tablespoons of mixture in each wrapper and fold up as you would an eggroll.
    Deep fry each in oil, on medium heat, until golden brown.
