Poppy Seed Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. poppy seed
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or almonds
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
    In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, oil and vanilla until blended. Stir liquids into dry ingredients until smooth.
    Mix in the nuts. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until loaves test done.
    Cool for 5 minutes.
    Remove to racks to finish cooling.
    Freezes well.
