Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. ground walnuts
Preparation
    Blend sugar, eggs and oil.
    Add grated zucchini.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Best when iced with cream cheese frosting.
    Also freezes well.
    If freezing, frost after thawing.
