Crisp Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. diced, green, eating apple
1 c. sliced celery
Preparation

Place half the cranberries in food processor; turn on/off until evenly chopped.
Transfer to a bowl.
Repeat with remaining berries.
Stir in sugar, lemon rind and juice.
Refrigerate overnight or up to 1 week.\tDo not add the apples and celery until an hour before serving.
Makes 3 cups.
