Steak And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 or 5 cube steaks
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can mushrooms
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt butter; saute onions until tender. Remove from skillet.
    Brown meat and remove.
    To pan drippings, add flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Cook an additional 2 minutes.
    Stir in mushrooms and parsley.
    In 2-quart shallow casserole, layer potatoes, onions and steak.
    Pour sauce over all.
    Cover with foil; bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4 to 5.
