Grandma Tuzzolino'S Spedini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal scaloppine or beef
    2 minced cloves garlic
    1/4 c. olive oil
    flavored Italian bread crumbs
    grated Parmesan cheese
    freshly chopped or dried basil
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Pound meat until thin.
    Pieces should be 3 x 3-inches.
    (You may use a small beef tenderloin roast, sliced thin.
    It slices easily if partly frozen.)
