Rio Grande Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
12 oz. can whole kernel corn
8 oz. jar jalapeno pepper Cheez Whiz
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
-
Brown meat. Drain and add onions and green peppers.
Cook until tender.
Stir in corn, Cheez Whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with corn chips, if desired.
