Company Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium pork chops
4 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch pan and season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese over pork chops. Slice a layer of onions, then a layer of potatoes, then season with salt and pepper.
Put the can of mushroom soup over potatoes and onions.
Then sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese over the soup.
Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
