Layered Mozzarella And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    2 lb. fresh Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. olives
    olive oil
    red wine vinegar
    freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    On a large serving platter, alternate overlapping slices of tomato and Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle basil, parsley and black olives over all.
    Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and grind black pepper on generously.
    Serve at room temperature.
    Makes 6 servings.
