Biscuit Topped Italian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Harvest Fresh frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown ground beef and onions (drained). Stir in water, pepper, tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vegetables and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Put biscuits on top separated, then sprinkle remaining cheese in center and around edge.
Brush biscuits with butter.
Bake for 22 to 27 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
