Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw zucchini
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs by hand until foamy, gradually add oil and sugar, add zucchini, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder; mix well. Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after every addition.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Divide batter into 2 loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
