Barbecue Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) flank steak
    1/4 lb. salami
    1/2 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
    1/4 red onion, sliced
    unseasoned meat tenderizer
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Have butcher make a pocket in the flank steak.
    Tenderize meat according to package directions.
    Inside meat pocket, place a layer of salami, cheese, salami and onion.
    Mix together oregano and parsley.
    Sprinkle over meat and cheese.
    Seal meat pocket with meat pins or hooks.
