Chinese Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Blend seasonings with vinegar.
    Mix until smooth, add cream and mix well.
    Seal in jar tightly and refrigerate.
    Great with Barbecued Pork.
