German Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
cucumbers (enough to fill a gal. jar), thinly sliced
Preparation

Mix in gallon jar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add chopped onions and very thinly sliced cucumber. (Salad Shooter cuts them quickly.) Store in refrigerator.
