Lo-Cal Vegetable Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped fine (tops only)
    1 bunch cauliflower, chopped fine (tops only)
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    seasoned salt
    2 tsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Pour canola oil in non-stick skillet.
    Add all other ingredients and stir-fry until mixture is tender.
