Dried Beans And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. beans (your favorite kind)
    2 small slices salt pork
    salt
Preparation
    Soak beans until double in size.
    Rinse.
    Place in 4-quart pressure pan with pork and salt.
    Cover with water about 2 inches above beans.
    Cook 40 to 50 minutes, according to directions for using pressure pan.
