Leftover Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 to 1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Shred cheese and sprinkle into 9-inch pie plate.
    Crumble bacon pieces onto cheese.
    In blender add eggs, milk, onions, flour, butter, salt and pepper.
    Blend for 1 minute.
    Pour filling over cheese and bacon pieces.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
