Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1 c. orange juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Brown chops in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Place rice in long, flat dish.
    Pour orange juice over rice; arrange chops on top. Pour soup over all.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and cook 10 minutes longer.
