Franks And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 to 2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. frankfurters
2 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation

Brown onion lightly in butter or margarine.
Stir in flour. Add milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add grated cheese and seasonings.
Cut franks diagonally in 1-inch pieces. Fold franks and potatoes into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
