Fluffy White Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. white corn syrup
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients and bring to a boil until mixture forms a long thread.
    Pour syrup slowly into egg whites, beating constantly until cool and thickened enough to spread.
