Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
Preparation
-
Place first 3 ingredients in 9 x 13-inch pan.
On top add soup, sour cream and Cheez Whiz.
Mix and pour over hash browns.
