Shery'S Homemade Thousand Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and milk; set aside to thicken.
    Add the remaining ingredients; blend well.
    Store unused dressing in
    the refrigerator; use within 2 to 3 days.
    Makes 1 quart.
