Chicken Romano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless, skinless chicken
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    garlic salt
    sweet basil
    grated Romano cheese
Preparation
    Put oil in bottom of casserole, just to cover.
    Trim any fat from breasts and place on oil (single layer).
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Sprinkle (heavily) with sweet basil.
    Adjust to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Can place under broiler for few seconds if want slightly browned.
    Serve with Spinach Fettucini and salad.
