Kick The Can Ice Cream(Welcome School'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 or 1/2 c. canned fruit, drained or fresh fruit
    1/2 c. sugar (more if you don't add fruit)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pour mixture into a 1 pound coffee can.
    Be sure the lid is on tight and taped shut.
    Place can inside a 3 pound coffee can.
    Pack with crushed ice and rock salt.
    Tape lid on securely.
    Now, roll, roll, roll!!!! for 20 to 30 minutes.
