Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground round or chuck
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 onion, chopped
    2 bacon slices
    24 oz. chili sauce
    13 oz. cranberry sauce
Preparation
    Mix meat, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs and onion.
    Shape into small balls.
    In frying pan, cook bacon.
    Drain, reserving drippings in pan, and crumble.
    Brown meatballs in drippings.
    Pour off grease.
