Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced pineapple (reserve liquid)
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in a heavy frying pan.
    Spread brown sugar and pineapple over it.
    Beat egg yolks; add sugar, pineapple juice and flour/baking powder mix.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour over first mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
