Oven Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4.7 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken and vegetable flavor)
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine rice-pasta mix, seasoning packet, water and soup in 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
    Mix well with wire whisk or fork.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture.
    Bake 1 hour or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
