Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked cubed chicken
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. sliced almonds
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine chicken, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, celery, eggs, soup and onion.
Place in large rectangular dish.
Combine cheese, almonds and chips and place mixture on top of chicken mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 8 to 10 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Top will be golden brown and bubbling on the sides.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
