Coconut Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    1 cup flaked coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Stir in next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
