Microwave Perfect Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt; mix thoroughly.
    Add egg, milk and oil.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Spoon into paper baking cups in custard cups filling each about half full.
    Cook 4 at a time on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Repeat with remaining batter.
    Makes 7 to 8 muffins.
