Baked Potato Soup(The Machine Shed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb bacon- fried, drain, crumble
    2 1/2 lb. baby red potatoes- peel, dice, boil 10 minutes
    1 large onion - diced
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1/4 c. chicken base, prepare according to directions
    1 qt. water
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. salt- add to soup pot
    1 tsp black pepper- add to soup pot
Preparation
    Add the chicken base and the bacon, heat over medium heat. Do Not Boil.
