Oven Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. popcorn
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
peanuts (if desired)
Preparation

Measure into saucepan the brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt.
Boil 10 minutes to hard ball stage.
Remove from heat and add soda.
Pour over popped corn and mix well.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Stir every 15 minutes.
