Carmen'S Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can condensed milk
    1 can milk
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. almond extract
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly.
    In a 1-quart loaf or round pan, brown sugar over low heat; turn pan to coat all sides.
    Pour cream cheese mixture into pan; cover with foil.
    Place pan in pan of water in oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Invert on plate.
