Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large Vidalia onions
12 saltine crackers
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Shred onions.
Melt margarine and cook onions until tender. Butter a casserole dish and line with cracker crumbs.
Add onions and soup in layers until dish is full.
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over top of casserole.
Sprinkle grated cheese and few more cracker crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbles.
