Double Crunch Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. quick oats (uncooked) or 4 1/2 c. old fashioned oats (uncooked)
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. honey or corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Press firmly into well-greased 15 x 10-inch pan.
Bake in preheated very hot oven (450\u00b0 to 425\u00b0) for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cool thoroughly; cut into bars.
