Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
4 c. diced fresh apples

Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Fold in nuts and apples.
Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
