Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and dried
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
15 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)
14 oz. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles as directed.
In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, cook broccoli and green onions in salad oil until tender (about 5 minutes), stirring frequently.
Remove saucepan from heat.
Stir in cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and egg. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Drain noodles and place in single layer on waxed paper.
Evenly spread some cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle.
Roll up each noodle jelly-roll fashion.
