Chewy Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rolled oats (or multi-grain)
    1 c. chopped dry roasted unsalted peanuts
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
    1 1/2 Egg Beaters or 2 eggs
    1/2 c. salted or unsalted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all.
    Press mixture in a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes; cut.
    Healthy!!
