Strufoli(Honey Clusters) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 4 c. flour
3 to 4 eggs
1 stick margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix dough well.
Cut off pieces; roll into strips.
Cut strips into small pieces on slant; place a few at a time in saucepan with hot oil.
Cook until golden brown.
Set aside; drain on paper towels.
