Roast Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. pork roast
    4 tsp. fresh rosemary
    8 cloves garlic, cut in half
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Make 8 slits in meat.
    Insert 1/2 clove garlic and 1/2 teaspoon rosemary in each slit.
    Shake salt and pepper in each slit.
    Dust with salt and pepper.
    Put in roasting pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until done.
