Hot Chicken Salad And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 c. cooked chicken
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions, then rinse with cold water.
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and mix well. Spoon into a greased ovenproof casserole.
    Top with grated cheese and refrigerate.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
