Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 to 10-inch) fluted pie crust
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, washed and large stems removed
    1/4 c. minced green onion (white part only)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Lightly steam or parboil broccoli and drain.
    Saute onion in butter until soft, then toss with broccoli.
    Line pastry shell with Swiss cheese.
    Arrange broccoli over cheese.
    Beat half and half with eggs and seasonings.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
